SolBeat Cleaning Inc. is Beatrice Akinleye — her hands, her checklists, and over a decade of professional experience, working out of Steinbach, Manitoba.
The story
A decade of quality work, brought home
Beatrice’s working life has been about one thing: making sure work is done properly. Over more than ten years in cleaning, quality assurance, and operations, she inspected products, audited processes, and kept complex operations moving — in professional cleaning at Prima Klean, operations with Advantage Solutions (CDS Canada), logistics at UPS, and quality control at Royal Mills and Foods.
She studied the discipline formally too, earning post-graduate certificates in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Management, and Supply Chain Management from Conestoga College.
Founded late last year — now approaching our first full year in Steinbach. SolBeat exists because Beatrice believes the same rigour that keeps a factory line consistent belongs in the places people actually live and work — applied with warmth, and by someone whose name is on the company.
